In this online workshop, we’ll show you how to quickly build a simple DIY no-contact thermometer - an item that is very useful to monitor health given the prevailing situation! Our device will use an MLX90614 infrared sensor and an OLED Display along with an Arduino acting as the brain - all very easy to buy online at low cost. The display will show the ambient temperature as well as the reading for the object at which it is pointed.
This session will be presented by an old friend of the Assembly, Judhi Prasetyo, lecturer & head of the RoboTech lab at Middlesex University Dubai and an experienced maker who has shared his knowledge with our community many times in the past.
